Let's Talk about Taxes

I encourage everyone to see and read the letter below. We have sent out a letter to Hoffman Homes about our stance on taxes. We will also be posting the video from the Know Your Rights campaign that MH Action and the Attorney General's Office did. I highly encourage everyone to know their Tenant rights. Manufactured houses in a park fall under Section 233 of New York's tenant laws. We aren't traditional renters, because we own the home and rent the land.

If you have not signed up to join the tenant board, our email is on our website. Send us an email and request to join. Our goal is to protect and fight for your rights. Staying silent when something is wrong changes nothing. Standing alone makes your voice small, but banding together and using your voice...is a force to be reckoned with.
